Nach zweijähriger "Ruhepause" und zu ihrem zehnjährigen Bestehen übergaben Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio am 30.5.2003 ihr derweil fünftes Album in die Hände bzw. CD-Player einer ungeduldigen Hörerschaft.

Hören wird ihr neues Werk mit der Katalogbezeichnung CMI 124 auf den Namen "Cocktails, Carnage, Crucifixion And Pornography" und wird alles in allem 13 Titel enthalten, von denen sowohl auf der Webseite der Band, als auch auf der ihres Labels CMI ein kleiner musikalischer Vorgeschmack in Form einiger Kostproben im mp3-Format geholt werden kann.

Over the past decade ORE have stayed true to their vocation - the celebration of manís carnal nature - a theme that is manifested in several manners here: dancing harlots, orgies in Rome, flaming ruins, and not least in the title track. Even though they have learnt to take full advantage of the possibilities of the studio, this is unmistakably an ORE album. The ubiquitous acoustic guitar and the sharp percussion are augmented by intricate orchestrations featuring pianos, flutes, strings, and even an accordion leading the way for a tango!
